Luggs Barn & Burleyhayes Barn are a pair of self catering cottages in Devon, set within the Blackdown Hills an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Their secluded position and large enclosed garden makes the holiday homes perfect for families and groups. Cullompton and other towns are just a short drive, which offer a varied selection of amenities and shops.

Accommodation

Whether you are having one or both holiday homes, you will find that they include everything you need for an enjotable stay. Both have been tastefully restored and decorated with a travel cot, stair gate & high chair available for families. Please advise when booking if you would like the extras for children.

All linen and towels (exc beach) are provided, as are a basket of logs for the wood burner. Power and heat are also included, ensuring guests are comfortable from the moment they arrive.

Luggs Barn: The house sleeps 8 in comfort and is full of charm and character with a huge south-facing private garden. The garden overlooks glorious views over the Culm Valley to Hemyock and beyond, and provides the perfect space for children to play. Features & amenities include:

Burleyhayes Barn: A beautiful house with open-plan style living and can accommodate up to 6 guests. The barn was completely refurbished in Spring 2020 and includes everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Amenities and features include:

Fully equipped kitchen with 2 hi spec ovens, instant boil taps and ample food storage space.
Cosy seating area with log burning stove.
10 seater bespoke-made farmhouse which overlooks the garden.
Ground floor double bedroom with double aspect windows.
Ground floor shower room.
1st floor master bedroom with king size bed and en suite wet r9oom.
1st floor second bedroom with double bed.
1st floor third bedroom. This is the largest upstairs rooms and has a queen size bed with double doors on to the garden.

The barn has been renovated with the environment in mind. All locally sourced and reclaimed materials have been used to give the lowest carbon footprint possible.

The vaulted first floor sitting room boasts a wood burning stove for cosy nights in as well as a balcony to make the most of the far reaching views. With antique beams and oak flooring as well as some exposed stonework, this triple aspect room is designed for complete relaxation all year round.
