About Cae'r Blaidd Country House

Set in acres of woodlands and gardens, this beautiful Victorian country house has the most incredible panoramic views over the Vale of Ffestiniog and the Moelwyn Mountain range. Cae'r Blaidd Country House is a wonderful place to stay at any time of year. During the summer, there are beautiful gardens to enjoy, BBQ's to be had and the hot tub to lounge in. Whilst in the winter, there is nothing better than enjoying a walk through Snowdonia National Park then returning home for something warm to eat whilst sitting in front of the fire. There is even wet weather access and place to store cycles.

The Victorian kitchen is a functional food preparation area for a youth hostel and guest house, this fantastic room is a blend of the commercial, vintage and rustic, with decor that nods to the steampunk industrial era in which it was built. The kitchen is large and functional with all the cooking equipment you might need, including a Nespresso machine, two Rangemaster cookers & all standard equipment you would expect.

Outside is a wonderful open-air living area. It is so fantastic for spiritual and physical wellbeing. Complete with wood-fired hot tub, BBQ and gas warming table,this is a fantastic dedicated area, where friends and family can gather together in the open air to relax and enjoy the breath-taking beauty of the Snowdonian landscape or celebrate under stars.

There is plenty to enjoy at the house and many wonderful walks that start right from the front door. However, should you wish to travel further afield and explore the surrounding area, you will find there is plenty to do to keep you and your family occupied.
