Summary

Sandbar in St Just in Roseland offers stunning self catering accommodation, based in a coastal setting. We are based near St Mawes in Cornwall and are only a few minutes from the water's edge of the Carrick Roads, part of Fal estuary, and stunning 13th Century St Just in Roseland Church.

Accommodation

Our cottage is beautifully furnished. The cottage sleeps 6 people and is great for a family or group holiday.

An open plan living area is spacious and brimming with light. Bi-fold doors open onto a Juliet balcony offering amazing views. The living area includes a toasty wood burner, smart TV, a separate DVD player and a sofa bed (for an extra charge). The dining and garden table seat 6. A fully-equipped kitchen includes granite worktops and breakfast bar, double oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and all other utensils and items.

Bedrooms consist of a king sized bedroom en suite and a twin room. Adjacent is a bathroom. Both rooms are on the ground floor.

Outside there is a garden with outside furniture, perfect for al fresco dining whilst savouring the amazing views.

You can hire canoes or stand-up paddleboards & kayaks on the river.

On request with prior arrangement we can accommodate up to 6 guests with use of double sofa bed in living room,(additional charge).

Visiting St Just in Roseland & Exploring Cornwall

Just a short walk away is a fabulous cafe/tea room, a boatyard and a lovely estuary walk to St Mawes Castle. The village is home to boutique shops, restaurants, pubs and cafes around the harbour and even a botanical garden. Enjoy a scenic ferry ride to Falmouth and pleasure boat cruises to Mylor and Flushing. Outstanding nearby beaches include: Portscatho, Towans, Carne & Pendower Beach. Further attractions to visit include:

Lost Gardens of Heligan.
Trellisick National Trust house and gardens.
Trebah.
