The Old Croft House offers self catering accommodation in Semblister, enjoying outstanding views of Bixter Voe on the Shetland Islands. You can fish, windsurf and canoe in Bixter Voe and we are perfectly located for visiting a range of attractions, including enjoying coastal walks.

Accommodation

Our house sleeps 4 people and is tastefully furnished throughout.

A cosy sitting room comes with comfortable seating, a coffee table, TV and DVD player. The perfect place to relax after a day sightseeing. The open plan kitchen is well-equipped and includes an oven, hob, microwave and fridge, plus a table and four chairs. The utility room has a sink and washing machine.

Two wonderful bedrooms are available: a double and a twin room. All bed linen and towels are included. Both rooms share a bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC.

Visiting Semblister & Exploring the Shetland Islands

We are only a 5-minute walk to the sea shore and there is a daily bus service to Lerwick, apart from on Sundays. A local grocery shop is around 3 miles away and a leisure centre in Aith is around 4 miles away. In Lerwick, you can see amazing wildlife, see stunning handcrafted Viking-style longships and browse the shops in Da Street. Attractions to visit include:

Fort Charlotte.
