Accommodation

This gorgeous property is tastefully furnished and is ideal for a tranquil break in a countryside location.

On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a beamed ceiling, Belfast sink, Aga cooker, Smeg fridge, dishwasher and a microwave. The cosy sitting room comes with a wood burning stove, TV/DVD player and comfortable seating. French windows open onto the delightful garden. A downstairs WC is available.

The first floor has a king size iron bedstead and an ornamental fireplace. Bedroom two has a Victorian iron and brass double bed. The last bedroom also come with a Victorian brass double bed and one single bed. The bathroom boasts a large, antique cast iron bath, WC and a separate shower cubicle.

Our half-acre cottage garden comes with borders, a vegetable plot and herbs. Guests are also welcome to use the five-acre field behind the garden.

Visiting Duns & Exploring the Scottish Borders

You can explore a range of great attractions in the local area, all of which are only an hour’s drive away. The Old Dairy houses many antiques and a coffee shop, while Alnwick gardens is a great day out for all the family. Golfers are spoilt for choice, from Bamburgh Castle Club to Eyemouth Golf Club.
