West Stow Pods is a small family run glamping site. It is located in picturesque countryside within the village of West Stow. There are 4 MegaPods, one Woodland Lodge and our Hobbit Inspired, Pod Hollow on site. With historic Bury St Edmunds just 4 miles away, the woodland location is an ideal position for the best of both worlds. Peace, tranquillity and fantasy guaranteed!.

Pod Hollow

Pod Hollow is a subterranean dwelling built into the side of a grassy knoll. It can accommodate 4 people in 2 double bedrooms and is as close to a genuine Hobbit Hole as we can make it! Hobbits love luxury and this is the place to come!. Pod Hollow is dog friendly.

MegaPods

The four MegaPods are set in a fantastic woodland location. Ideally suited to couples, with or without children on a double bed and sofa pull-out. They are equipped with a kitchenette, wet room, covered porch and BBQ.

Please bring all bedding and equipment as though you were going camping. Two pods are dog friendly.

Woodland Lodge

This lodge can accommodate 4 people in a double room and a bunk bedroom. It also offers a kitchenette, dining table, covered porch and mobile BBQ.

Please bring all bedding; kitchen equipment provided. The Lodge is dog friendly.

Cedar Lodge

Our Cedar Lodge is a cosy cabin situated in our mature woodland. There is parking outside for ease of unloading and it sleeps two on a very comfortable sofa-bed. Duvet provided.

The Cedar Lodge has a well kitted-out kitchen complete with oven, hob and microwave. There is a mobile BBQ and decking with table and chairs. The Cedar Lodge is dog-friendly

Visiting West Stow & Exploring Suffolk

The West Stow Anglo Saxon Village in Suffolk is an open air archaeological museum located just 1.5 miles from the site. There are walks straight from the doorstep and areas for cycling.

Suffolk has plenty of interesting attractions such as:

Lackford Lakes.
Abbey Gardens.
Ickworth House & Gardens.
Ancient House Museum.
