Glyncoch Isaf is situated in a 9-acre interactive small holding in Llangrannog, Ceredigion. It is set back from the road down a private gated driveway. Nestled in a quiet location surrounded by farm and woodland. There are views across to Cardigan Bay and mountain ranges beyond.

The stone built property retains many original features. It sleeps 6 in a king-size, twin and double bedroom.

The spacious farmhouse kitchen features a charming tiled floor and traditional beamed ceiling, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Fully equipped for your convenience, it includes a built-in oven and hob, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, and more. A dining area is also integrated within the kitchen, making it a perfect space for cooking, dining, and gathering.

The cosy lounge features a beamed ceiling, characterful stone walls, a 50" smart TV, and a wood-burning stove, creating a warm and inviting space to relax. For families, there's a separate TV and DVD player in the bedroom, perfect for keeping the kids entertained. French doors open out onto a private patio, which enjoys plenty of sunshine and provides a peaceful spot to unwind.

The cottage features a generously sized, secure garden complete with a patio area and a hot tub, offering a perfect space to relax and unwind. The garden can be accessed either through a gate at the front or directly from inside the cottage. Convenient parking is available right outside the front of the property.

The cottage is only 5 minutes from the beach at Llangrannog. The village has a few places to eat as well as a Post Office.

There are many opportunities for a variety of outdoor activities including:

Shooting.
Pony trekking.
Fishing.
Walking.
Canoeing.
Quad biking.

Equally for something less energetic visit one of the attractions nearby. These include a butterfly centre and the Cardigan Animal Park.

Ceredigion is a beautiful county with award-winning beaches and iconic harbours. The area is framed but the Cambrian Mountains.
