Achaderry Estate - Achaderry Farmhouse offers outstanding self catering accommodation in Roy Bridge near Fort William. Our 200-year-old farmhouse in Inverness-Shire is nestled within an idyllic 400-acre estate. Located amongst the majestic mountains and forests of the most beautiful Scottish Highlands and overlooking the Nevis Ski Centre at Aonach Mor, our property offers a magnificent setting for your holiday.

Accommodation

Our gorgeous property has been beautifully restored and is suitable for families, couples and groups looking for somewhere special to stay. The farmhouse blends historic charm with lovely modern-day touches and sleeps up to 10 people plus a child. Full disabled access is available, with an electric hoist, profiling beds and walk-in showers available. Electric wheelchairs are also available for exploring the woodland area.

You can unwind in the cosy living area which comes with comfy seating, an open log fire and a 40’’ HD TV with Sky Movies and Sports. A quintessential farmhouse experience can be enjoyed in the kitchen which has an Aga, electric cooker, gas hob, microwave oven, freezer, fridge, dishwashing, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Four comfortable bedrooms are available. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, single bed and en suite facilities. Bedrooms 2 has 3 singles and an en suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has a double en suite and bedroom 4 has a bunk bed.

You can leave your worries behind and unwind in the hot tub which sleeps up to 6 people. Water is changed weekly.

Guests can stroll around and explore 40 acres of woodland which houses mini lakes and ponds. You’ll also be able to spot an abundance of wildlife. We even have free-range eggs from our chickens on offer. Fishing, biking and clay pigeon shooting are all onsite.

It has the mountains for downhill biking and the Munroe baggers. There is an ever-increasing amount of quality providers of these activities. Kinchellie is central to many supervised activity centres.
