Skillywadden Barn is a charming converted granite barn, detached and set within the owner’s garden, perfect for up to 4 guests. Located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, just three miles from St Ives, it’s ideally situated for exploring the South West coastal paths that lead to Land’s End. Situated on the edge of moorland, the barn is close to both Cornwall’s North and South coasts.

This compact, reverse-level barn features two ground-floor bedrooms—one double and one twin—each with an en-suite toilet and shower. All bedding, linen and towels are provided (except beach towels) and included in the price.

Upstairs, the light-filled living area includes a sitting room with a multi-fuel burning stove, a large picture window with uninterrupted moorland views and velux roof windows for added light and ventilation. The walk-through kitchen/dining room is well-equipped with a double oven electric cooker, halogen hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Double doors lead out to a small balcony with additional views of the moors.

The barn is kept cosy with oil-fired central heating, making it ideal for year-round stays. For entertainment, there's a TV, DVD player, mini hi-fi and a selection of books. While wireless broadband is available, please note that reception can be poor.

There’s off-road parking within the grounds and a courtyard garden with furniture for your use. Nearby attractions include The Tate St Ives, local restaurants, craft shops and beautiful beaches perfect for surfers and sunbathers alike. Other points of interest are the Minnack Theatre at Porthcurno, St Michael's Mount at Marazion, and the National Trust Gardens at Trengwainton and Trelissick.
