Swans Rest near Singleton is an exclusive development of five luxury cottages and three country lodges set in eight acres of idyllic landscaped gardens and orchard. The grounds come with natural pond and island that is home to resident swans and ducks. The self catering properties are close to Poulton-Le-Fylde in Lancashire.

Swallow Cottage

Swallow cottage has the advantage of its own private garden and patio area. This cottage sleeps 6 people in 2 double bedrooms and a twin room. There is a spacious living/dining area which has a TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is well equipped and outside there is a garden area with patio.

Woodpecker Lodge

This recently built, wooden holiday lodge is suitable for families of up to 6 people. The open Lounge comes with a dining area and kitchen with cooker/hob and microwave fridge and freezer. The double bedroom comes with an en suite shower room, 2 twin bedded rooms and a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. A balcony comes with garden furniture overlooking the pond area.

Quail Cottage

This is a premium holiday cottage sleeping 4 persons in a king size room and a twin room. There is a living area, spacious kitchen and conservatory area with French doors which lead onto the patio area.

Pheasant Cottage

This cottage is the ideal peaceful retreat for 2 people. There is an open plan living/dining room and well equipped kitchen.

Mallard Cottage

An original feature of Swans Rest, Mallard is a firm favourite with some of our regular visitors.

This holiday cottage has views over the garden and it can sleep 2 people in a twin room. The kitchen is well equipped there is an open plan living/dining area which has a sofa bed.

Heron Lodge

This wooden lodge includes an open lounge/dining/kitchen with cooker/hob and microwave, fridge and freezer. There is a 4 posted en suite, large twin bedded room, family bathroom with shower over bath and a balcony with garden furniture overlooking the pond area.

Kingfisher Cottage

Designer furnished, Kingfisher Cottage is an ideal retreat. Lounge with dining area, kitchen with cooker/hob and microwave, fridge/ freezer, bathroom with shower over bath, double bedroom. T.V., video and DVD player, full central heating.

Ladybird Lodge

This self catering lodge can sleep 4 in a double en suite and twin room. The living spaces are open plan and well equipped. There is a balcony area which overlooks the garden.
