Snettisham is situated just 2 miles from its own beach and local RSPB nature reserve. The village enjoys the award winning gastro-pub 'The Rose & Crown', a bistro and a good range of local shops.

The Annexe is located in the heart of Snettisham, is close to all the village amenities, is accessed by its own gravel driveway and has a private garden with sun patio. The modern annexe has gas central heating, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, lounge area with flat screen TV and ground floor shower room with Bristan power shower. The ground floor double bedroom and upstairs twin bedroom are finished with blackout blinds and Egyptian cotton bedding to ensure a comfortable night's rest.

Accommodation

Our modern property is great for a peaceful break in a superb location. The annexe is accessed by its own gravel driveway and has a private garden with a sun patio for a morning coffee or afternoon glass of wine.

Inside there is a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and a variety of appliances to suit all your needs. Unwind in the lounge area after a day on the beach. Facilities include a flat-screen TV with Freeview & DVD player. On the ground floor is a shower room with a Bristan power shower.

The ground floor double bedroom and upstairs twin bedroom are finished with blackout blinds and Egyptian cotton bedding to ensure a comfortable night's rest.

Outside there is a secure outbuilding for bikes & golf clubs.

Visiting Snettisham & Exploring Norfolk

A short walk will take you from Snettisham beach to Heachams sandy beaches, whilst the amazing cliffs of Hunstanton are only a short drive away. The area is a haven for bird watchers, with RSPB reserves at Snettisham and at Titchwell. Visit the majestic country retreat of The Queen at The Royal Sandringham Estate or see the magical seal colony at Blakeney. Further attractions to visit include:
