Accommodation
Our beautiful house sleeps up to 7 people, ideal for a special group or family holiday.The spacious open plan living area comes with high-beamed ceilings, wooden floors and underfloor heating. At one end of the living area is a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, electric oven and dishwasher. The dining area leads onto the sitting area which comes with a log burning stove and comfy seating. Large glass doors open onto a paved patio area with garden furniture. A lovely place for al fresco dining.
Three bedrooms are available: 1 double, 1 twin and 1 single. The twin enjoys excellent views of the front gardens. The downstairs bathroom has a large rainwater showerhead over the bath. The large double bedroom comes with en suite shower facilities on the top floor and a high-beamed ceiling. French doors lead over a small bridge to the upper garden.
Outside there are beautiful gardens, with lots of spots to relax with a morning coffee whilst the sun is rising.
Visiting Little Pinnock & Exploring Cornwall
We are a great base for exploring the local area. You can visit Bodmin Moor, ideal for keen walkers and the beaches on the north coast of Newquay are great for all the family. In Fowey there is the aquarium, museum and St Catherine's Castle, whilst not far away there are lots of gardens, stately homes and other attractions for people of all ages.For more information please visit our website.
Rates: £850 to £1800 per week depending on season. Short breaks available off season.
