Midsomer Cottage offers charming self catering accommodation in the village of Iffley. Based near Oxford in a lovely area of Oxfordshire, we are perfect for a relaxing holiday.

Accommodation

Our cottage sleeps up to 6 people and is well-equipped to suit all your needs.

Inside we have light light-filled living room to unwind in. Facilities include Virgin TV and seating. The well-equipped breakfast/kitchen includes a range of appliances: double oven/dishwasher/washing machine/fridge-freezer/microwave. Doors open to the patio. On the ground, there is also a cloakroom.

Upstairs we have 2 bedrooms: 1 includes a double and 1 includes a king or twin with en suite facilities. A family bathroom is adjacent to the double. On the second floor is a further twin room.

Outside we have a patio and long garden with a table and chairs for al fresco dining over a glass or two.

Visting Iffley & Exploring Oxfordshire

We are close to the revere and there is a bus route to the city. In the village, there is a community shop, two pubs serving food and two hotels. You can stroll along the river towpath to head into the city, just 30 minutes away. In Oxford, there are lots of attractions, shops, restaurants and cafes. Attractions to visit include:

Oxford University Museum of Natural History.
Ashmolean Museum.
Oxford Botanic Garden.
Port Meadow.
The Sheldonian Theatre.
