Farm View
This is a bright and spacious property and it is fitted to a high standard with comfy beds, fitted carpets, modern bathroom and country pine furniture. There is central heating throughout that keeps the property snug and warm even in the depths of winter. Farm View has a spacious double bedroom with plenty of room for a cot which we can provide on request. The second bedroom is smaller and has bunk beds which are 3 foot wide. Both bedrooms have a wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables.The large, bright lounge has a comfy settee, matching bed-settee (which will sleep an extra 2 people), dining table and coffee table. There is a wall mounted Satellite TV with a DVD player and Freeview box. Internet access is available for a nominal charge. There is a kitchen area off one end of the lounge (an L-shaped room) which is fully equipped with cooker, fridge, microwave oven, toaster etc.
The modern bathroom has a bath/shower, toilet, washbasin, shelving and heated towel rail.Please note that access is up an external flight of 8 steps so the accommodation is not suitable for people who find steps difficult.
The Elms
The Elms (graded by Visit England as 4*) provides bright spacious accommodation and is fitted to a high standard with comfy beds, fitted carpets, modern bathroom and country pine furniture. There is central heating throughout that keeps the property snug and warm even in the depths of winter.The Elms has two double bedrooms; each has a wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables. The large, bright lounge has a comfy settee, sprung beechwood chairs, dining table and coffee table. There is a wall mounted 32" flatscreen Satellite TV with a DVD player and FreeView box. Internet access is available for a nominal charge.
There is a kitchen area off one end of the lounge (an L-shaped room) which is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, fridge, microwave oven, toaster etc. The modern bathroom has a bath/shower, toilet, washbasin, shelving and heated towel rail. The Stables
The Stables offers spacious accommodation and is finished to a high standard. There is a large double room and a twin room. Both rooms share a modern bathroom. A bright lounge has comfy seating, a wall mounted Smart Satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. A well-equipped kitchen comes with a dishwasher, washing machine/drier, cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave oven and toaster etc.A trampoline & pay area is available for children.
Visiting Samford Brett & Exploring Somerset
Our accommodation is ideal for families, walkers and cyclists and provides very easy access to an extensive network of footpaths and bridleways. This includes the Coleridge Way and Macmillan Way West which are routed through our village. To the south and east of the village there is a good view of the Quantock hills and it is shielded from the main road by the rising hill to the north.For more information please visit our website.
