Lenahowe Lodges are located on a working farm in a safe, quiet and peaceful spot with spectacular views over the Harray Loch and the West Mainland, making it an ideal place to unwind and relax away from the pressures of our modern lifestyles.

Whatever your requirements are we cater for them whether it’s a family holiday, a quiet romantic retreat, a fishing break a shooting party, a walking holiday or bird watching we are ideally situated to provide for them all.

About Lenahowe Lodges

You can have a little of each of the holidays specified during your time here, you only need to specify to us at the time of booking what you are looking for from your holiday at Lenahowe Lodges and we will do our best to ensure that you experience what you are looking for.

There are 2 separate lodges each with its own front door. Both lodges have access to the utility room with washing machine and tumble drier, as well as the drying room and the garage area which has underfloor heating, various outdoor toys and dog kennels.

The downstairs lodge is suitable for disabled with a slight ramp for access and a level entry shower in the main bathroom with grab rails, it is also pet friendly whilst the upstairs is not suitable for pets.

Each Lodge has been newly completed and furnished to the highest standard including the following:

TV in each bedroom.
Internet access.
King size beds with en suite.
The option of twin beds or a super king in the second bedroom.
A cot or extra single bed.
Ample towels and linens even fluffy bathrobes.
A full bathroom with a double-ended bath and separate shower.
Fully fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer.
Washing machine, tumble drier, washing lines and iron.
A furnished patio with BBQ.
Welcome pack and fresh flowers.
Oil central heating.
Electricity included.

Visiting Sandwick & Exploring Orkney

Lenahowe Lodges are situated in the heart of the Orkney West Mainland on the edge of the Harray Loch. Orkney's famous historical sites of Skara Brae, Maeshowe and the Ring of Brogar to name a few are all close by with Dounby 5 miles, Stromness 7 miles and Kirkwall 16 miles all offering shops and hotels.

We aim to give you a taste of the Orcadian hospitality and relaxed lifestyle in these beautiful and picturesque islands and look forward to welcoming you for your stay at Lenahowe Lodges.

Rates: £600 to £800 per week depending on season and unit.
Maximum of 4 people.
Children are welcome.
Pets welcome downstairs - enclosed garden. £50 per pet.
