This is a two-storey cottage, generously furnished and fully equipped with oil-fired central heating. The ground floor features a spacious lounge with comfortable furnishings and an open fireplace, offering panoramic views of the landscape through its large west-facing window. The kitchen/dinette is well-appointed with an electric cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer and toaster. Downstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with twin beds, each equipped with its own wash basin. The bathroom on this level includes both a bath and a separate walk-in shower. Upstairs, there is an additional twin-bedded room and a shower/toilet room. The utility area upstairs houses a tumble dryer and freezer, along with drying space and linen storage. Outdoor drying facilities are also available. Ample parking is provided. Clachan Apartment - Sleeps 5

This first-floor apartment includes a double bedroom with an en-suite shower, a single bedroom with a wash basin, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with a bath and shower and a living room/kitchen equipped with modern amenities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, electric cooker, fridge and freezer. It also features free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a DVD player and a radio. Linen and towels are provided and electricity and heating costs are included.
