Open all year, Coombe Lodge Holiday Flats are the perfect choice for self contained, modern, self-catering accommodation in Paignton.

Both apartments are fully equipped with everything you need for your self-catering holiday – cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery etc, Freeview TV and electric heater. Duvets and pillows are provided. Linen can be hired but you will need to bring your own towels. Cots and high chairs are available (on request). A laundry area with automatic washing machine, iron and ironing board is available. The flats are both all electric with slot meters accepting £1 coins.

Flat 1 - Sleeps 4

Self-contained on the 1st floor, Flat 1 offers an open plan kitchen, lounge/diner. A double sofa bed in the living area is complemented by a separate bedroom with bunk beds.You'll also appreciate the convenience of a shower room, toilet, hand basin and shaver point.

On the 1st floor, Flat 3 has a lounge/diner, open plan kitchen and double sofa bed. It has a separate bedroom with bunk beds. You have the convenience of a shower room with toilet, hand basin and shaver point.

You'll find our holiday flats are conveniently located, just a 5 minute walk away is Goodrington which has two beaches, a range of watersport activities, Splashdown@Quaywest Waterpark and the Inn on the Quay pub/restaurant which overlooks the bay. Also at Goodrington there are go-karts, bumper boats, swan boats and crazy golf with a large grassed area to enjoy a picnic, game of football and an ice-cream. Paignton beach, the pier, harbour and town centre with lots of tasty places to eat are again just a short walk away as is the train/bus station.

Rates: £350 to £595 per week depending on season.
Maximum of 4 guests - 2 adults & 2 children only. Apologies, but we cannot accommodate 4 adults.
