Middle Farm Holiday Cottages offer superb self catering accommodation in the hamlet of Brushfield in Derbyshire. The holiday cottages are set within The Peak District where there are breathtaking views and fantastic opportunities for cycling, walking and wildlife watching.

Albertine: Sleeps 1-8, £1300 - £1686 per week.

This self catering property has a modern kitchen area with hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. There is a separate dining area with views down the valley. The living room has comfortable seating, a TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi.

There are four bedrooms in the barn including two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms. One of the twin bedrooms is located on the ground floor making it ideal for those with limited mobility. There is a large bathroom on the first floor, a separate shower/toilet on the ground floor and the two double bedrooms have en suite facilities.

Maigold: Sleeps 1-4, £645 - £850 per week.

This is the smaller of the cottages and it offers a spacious lounge area with beamed ceiling and a log burning stove. The lounge has a TV, piano, DVD player and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped offering a hob, oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher.

The main bedroom has a double bed, exposed roof trusses and a door that leads out to the patio area. The second bedroom has two single beds. The rooms share the use of the bathroom and separate shower room.

Both of the self catering properties have ample parking, bike storage, a garden and courtyard area with furniture and barbeque and shared launderette facilities.

Visiting Brushfield & Exploring Derbyshire

The cottages are within easy reach of many local attractions including Bakewell, Buxton, Chatsworth, Matlock, Hope Valley and the village of Taddington which is just one mile from the farm.

There are many excellent picturesque walks from the doorstep. Monsal Dale, with its famous trail, Millers Dale and High Dale are only a short walk away. Walkers can enjoy spectacular views and the opportunity to observe an abundance of wildflowers, animals and birdlife.

Whether you want to simply walk from the cottage or travel further afield there is an abundance of varied and beautiful countryside waiting for you to explore and a host of interesting places to visit.
