Clashmealcon Cottage near Ballyduff offers charming self catering accommodation in an amazing location. Our cottage is nestled on 1.3 acres of land overlooking the Atlantic Ocean at the mouth of the Shannon Estuary. We are only 8 miles from the seaside resort of Ballybunion and perfect for an idyllic break in Co Kerry.

Accommodation

Our delightful cottage is great for a relaxing break in a stunning location. The cottage is tastefully furnished and boasts glorious sea views. You can also relax in the outdoor area whilst savouring the stunning scenery.

The Bungalow has a double and 2 twins which share a shower room. There is a dining room overlooking the Atlantic and a sitting room with open fire, TV and DVD player. The kitchen comes supplied with a cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine and most cooking utensils, cutlery, and crockery.

Excellent facilities include: open fire with starter pack, linen and towels included, travel cot, high chair, TV, dvd player, hairdryer, welcome pack, fully enclosed garden, patio area, garden furniture and swings .

Visiting Ballyduff & Exploring Co Kerry

The cottage is situated 3 minutes from Ballyduff which has two small convenience stores, restaurant/pubs and a fast food take away. Ten minutes away is the picturesque village of Ballybunion, with its world-renowned golf course and child friendly scenic sandy beaches. 2 minutes drive will take you to a secluded beach called Kilmore strand, which overlooks Ballybunion and the mouth of the river Cashen. Only 30 minutes away is Tralee, whilst the North of Kerry offers lots of gorgeous beaches and scenic routes for walkers and cyclists. Great attractions to visit include:

Ring of Kerry.
Muckross House.
Gap of Dunloe.
Tor Waterfall.
Ross Castle.
