Jackdaws Cottage is a barn conversion offering superb self-catering accommodation located in a tranquil area of Coldridge close to Crediton in Devon. The holiday cottage is a truly peaceful retreat where you can thoroughly enjoy the beautiful countryside.

Accommodation

The cosy lounge offers a coal-effect electric fire, comfortable sofas and a TV with DVD player. There are French doors that lead out onto the patio with panoramic views of the area.

The living room has an area with a dining room table as well as the kitchen having a table with chairs. The farmhouse kitchen is fully equipped and offers the following:

Cooker.
Microwave.
Fridge/freezer.
Dishwasher.
Washing machine.
Tumble dryer.

There is also a downstairs bathroom that has a shower and WC. The master bedroom has a double bed and stunning views of the rolling countryside. There is another double bedroom on the holiday cottage that has its own private balcony. The final bedroom is a twin room that has two single beds. The family bathroom has a bath, shower, WC and an airing cupboard.

The garden offers comfortable garden furniture making it an ideal place to enjoy some alfresco dining. We also have a fabulous games barn with table tennis, bar billiards, pool table and darts.

Visiting Coldridge & Exploring Devon

The self catering cottage is located in a working sheep, cattle and arable farm and is set in 150 acres of land. Guests are more than welcome to explore the land including ponds, hedgerows and woodlands. The local area also offers a range of attractions and activities such as the Dartmoor National Park which can be reached within half an hour where guests can find endless walks. Guests can also do all of the following in the local area:

Horse riding.
Golf.
Cycling.
Visit national trust properties.

There are many local towns and villages that offer a range of shops and all the local amenities you will need.
