Frith Farm House Cottages are set on 8 acres of cherry orchards and gardens, including a picnic and wildlife area. Located on Kent’s North Downs, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, they offer stunning countryside perfect for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers, with the Pilgrim's Way, North Downs Way and Otterden Estate nearby.

Damon Cottage - Sleeps 6/7

This is our largest cottage, ideal for family gatherings and special celebrations. It features three spacious bedrooms (including a triple with a king and single bed) and three bath/shower rooms, two of which are en suite. The modern, sociable kitchen/lounge includes a Nespresso machine, wine cooler and a living flame log fire. Guests enjoy a large decking area with dining for eight, a gas BBQ (summer) and access to table tennis. Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, Airplay speaker and Ruark DAB radio are included. A well-behaved adult dog is welcome in summer (£35). For larger groups, Cherry Cottage or The Nest apartment can be added to accommodate up to 11 guests. Extras like a high chair, travel cot and stair gate are available on request.

Cherry Cottage - Sleeps 2

Cherry Cottage, set in a converted Kentish barn, is a high-standard retreat perfect for couples. It features an open-plan lounge/dining area with a Smart TV, DVD player and Bose CD/radio and a romantic mezzanine bedroom with a king-sized bed. The private decking area includes seating for al fresco dining and a gas BBQ (summer). Guests enjoy access to a heated indoor pool, complimentary mountain bikes and optional catering services such as pre-ordered meals or home-delivered suppers. The cottage comes with top-end appliances, free Wi-Fi and a dedicated parking space. A well-behaved small to medium-sized dog is welcome in summer (£35). Spa treatments and extras like a travel cot, high chair, or table tennis are available by request.

The Nest - Sleeps 2

This is a first-floor apartment for two, perfect for romantic getaways or as additional accommodation alongside Damson Cottage for larger gatherings. Enjoy stunning views over the cherry orchard from a private terrace and the formal gardens from the front. It is close to the heated indoor pool and set apart from other cottages. The lounge features comfortable seating, a Smart TV and a Bose CD/radio, while the bedroom includes a double bed with high-quality cotton bedding. Wi-Fi and parking are included. Please note, The Nest is unsuitable for small children or those with mobility issues due to its elevated platform and steep access.

Swimming Pool

The spa-quality indoor pool, heated to a comfortable 31°C, is open year-round and professionally maintained for a clean and pleasant experience. Holiday cottage guests enjoy exclusive private sessions each day, ensuring a relaxing and uninterrupted swim.

Our holiday cottages are situated on the North Downs in Kent, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty - alluring for Walkers, Cyclists and Horse Riders alike. Whilst being located in an extremely peaceful and well positioned area of the Downs, we are also centrally located for visiting the historic houses, castles and cathedrals throughout Kent.
