Accommodation

Each self-contained flat has its own entrance, seconds from all the activities sounds and scenes of fishing boats, sailing yachts, pleasure craft and other small vessels.

All flats have sea and harbour views and are kept extremely clean, well-furnished and very comfortable. All bed linen, towels and tea towels are included. Facilities in all the flats include a TV with Freeview, washing machine, electric cooker, microwave, clock-radio, iron, hair dryer, needle & cotton and all main cleaning requirements.

There are no meters. Hot water, heating, electricity and parking are all-inclusive. Heating is customer controlled. We are open all year round.

A free car space is provided in the southern quay car park. When the spaces are filled we will supply a permit for Torbay car parks instead.

Visiting Brixham & Exploring Devon

Brixham harbour is perfect for strolling around and includes pubs, restaurants & fish restaurants, shell fish kiosks and gift shops. You can catch the ferry to Torquay and Paignton or cruise to Dartmouth. Churston Golf Course is only 2 miles away and Berry Head is a 45 minute walk away. Brilliant attractions to visit in the area include:
