Summary

Harsgeir View Cottage has views over to Harsgeir Island in West Loch Roag and is situated amongst the dramatic but tranquil Hebridean landscape. The cottage is on ten acres of croft land situated in the village of Hacklete in Great Bernera.

Accommodation

The holiday cottage sleeps 4 - one double bedroom and one twin room. The cottage has a wood burning stove, dishwasher, home laundry, microwave, coffee maker, ceramic hob cooker, fridge freezer oil central heating and full double glazing. The flooring is wood laminate throughout with rugs in all rooms.

Flat screen TV, DVD, phone line and Freeview. CD player. All crockery and cooking utensils, bed linen and towels are supplied. Fire extinguishers and alarms fitted as standard.

We have gone green with the addition of a new Eco Dan air source heat pump and we have a minimum carbon footprint.

Visiting Great Bernera & Exploring the Isle of Lewis

The cottage is ideally situated and is a great base for anyone wishing to get away from it all, relax and take in the stunning scenery. It is also an ideal base for anyone wishing to explore the island of Lewis. The Cottage is a 3 minute drive from the beaches of Croir and Bosta and there are some stunning locations for such a small island. Petrol and diesel sales are available locally through a self service pump.
