The idyllic apartments are perfect for a leisurely walk to St Peter Port and harbour, with the scenic coastal path only minutes away. This system of pedestrian paths stretches nearly twenty miles along the glorious east, west and south coast of Guernsey.

Del Mar Court has 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments – all have a family bathroom and the 2 & 3 bedroom apartments also have an ensuite shower room. Fully equipped kitchens with 4 ring hob, grill & oven and microwave.

An onsite Housekeeper maintains our excellent housekeeping standards so you can be assured of clean, comfortable accommodation.

The self-catering apartments surround the heated swimming pool (salt water chlorinated - open during the summer months) with tables and chairs for alfresco dining and areas for sunbathing.

Our apartments are situated in a peaceful lane above Fermain Bay. Near to major bus routes taking you into St. Peter Port town centre and harbour in about five minutes or the other way taking you around the island. St. Martins parish centre is close-by for all your shopping needs - you will find a post office, chemist, doctors surgery, hairdresser, food and clothes shops, bakery, cafes, banks and garages. There are several hotels nearby offering bar and restaurant meals within 5 to 15 minutes walking distance.Great attractions to visit include:-
