Kingfisher Cottage is an 18th Century barn that was converted to offer self caterering accommodation finished to a high standard and still retaining many original features. The holiday cottage resides in the Devonshire village of Sherford which is close to Kingsbridge. This self catering property is ideally placed for days out and for a relaxing break.

Accommodation

This holiday cottage has a spacious living room with a log burning stove, TV, DVD player, video recorder, Hi-Fi, books, DVDs, videos, board games and jigsaw puzzles for your enjoyment.

The kitchen is new and high spec including quartz works tops and a large kitchen Island and dinning area. Facilities include a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer. A highchair is provided.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, single bed, television and en suite facilities. The original beamed ceiling makes it feel light and airy. The ensuite offers wc, wash basin, bath with integral shower and heated towel rail.

The sleeping accommodation is completed by two twin bedrooms, also with original beamed ceilings. hey share the family bathroom, also fitted with wc, wash basin, bath with integral shower and heated towel rail.

There is a private terrace which overlooks the natural spring-fed duck pond and beautiful shared gardens. It is an ideal setting for al fresco dining with a picnic table and Weber barbecue.
