Coombe Mill

Coombe Mill understand the needs of young children and with 30 acres to explore, there is plenty to keep young minds busy. Coombe Mill offers children’s tractor rides 6 days a week to feed and care for the animals supervised and safely managed by Farmer Nick and Ted. There is plenty of space to let imaginations flourish, the joys of collecting your own eggs, petting and feeding pigmy goats, baby lambs, miniature donkeys and activities that are both fun and educational.

Whilst the children are busy with all the activities that Coombe Mill has to offer, let off steam in the indoor onsite gym with wonderful views of the river or hire a bike from the bike store and explore the famous Camel Trail which begins just 1 mile from Coombe Mill offering 17 miles of safe off road cycling. Fishing is also available all year round for the exclusive use of our guests, providing guests hold an appropriate rod licence. We have a fishing lake and private river fishing along the banks of the River Camel, with a tranquil backdrop and home to some carp weighing up to 20llbs, Coombe Mill provides fun activities for the whole family to get involved.
