Venndown Farmhouse Apartments

Summary

Venndown Farmhouse, built in the 18th Century, nestles in its own grounds of twelve acres, within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the rugged North Cornwall Heritage Coastline. Venndown has two self catering holiday apartments set adjacent to the farmhouse. Both apartments have been furnished to a very high standard, offering excellent accommodation in a beautiful, tranquil location, surrounded by open farmland and distant sea views.

The Woodpeckers

Sleeps 4 plus adults 2 children. The Woodpeckers is a ground floor centrally heated apartment that has been furnished and equipped to a very high standard. It comes equipped with three bedrooms, including one double bedroom with an en suite shower room. A double bedroom with either a super king-sized bed or twin beds and an en suite bathroom. A children’s bunk bed room.

The lounge comes with leather sofas, and chairs, smart TV, DVD player and also has an electric wood burner effect fire. Enjoy some home-cooked meals in the dining room. The well-fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge, electric cooker, microwave, ironing board and iron. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the separate shared laundry room.

The patio doors lead from the kitchen out to a private/secluded, decked area with garden furniture.

The Swallows

Sleeps 2. The Swallows is a spacious, first-floor centrally heated apartment that has been furnished and equipped to a high standard and has the added benefit of distant sea views. The bedroom comes with a king-size bed and en suite shower room. There is a lounge with a cream leather sofa and chairs, TV, fireplace with electric wood burner effect fire. The well-fitted kitchen comes with a dishwasher, fridge, electric cooker, microwave, ironing board and iron. Washing machine and tumble dryer in the separate shared laundry room.

Patio doors lead from the lounge to the sun deck with garden furniture and a barbecue area.

Both apartments come With:

Venndown Farmhouse is the perfect location for everyone. We are close to coastal paths, Cornish villages including Boscastle, Tintagel and Port Isaac; and beaches at Bude, Widemouth Bay, Trebarwith Strand and Polzeath to name a few. Great attractions to visit include:
