Accommodation

This split level, single cottage sleeps up to 4 people, perfect for a relaxing getaway in a stunning setting. The cottage is brimming with charm and character, including a magnificent stone fireplace, wooden beams and galleried landing.

The cosy living room includes a log burning stove, TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi and views over the dales. You can also unwind in the bright and airy lounge after a day in the countryside. The spacious kitchen/diner comes well equipped with a range of appliances for home-cooking.

Two beautiful bedrooms are available, a double and twin room. Both rooms share a bathroom with a bath, shower and WC. All bed linen and towels are included.

Outside there is a BBQ area and garden furniture, great for a tipple whilst admiring the spectacular countryside views.

Visiting Melmerby & Exploring North Yorkshire

This is the ideal location for enjoying a range of outdoor activities including walking, cycling, golfing and horse riding. We are within easy reach of Leyburn with its horse racing connections and historic castle, whilst Masham boasts a range of breweries. There are also many other interesting attractions to visit such as Bolton Castle, Aysgarth Falls, Fountains Abbey and Wensleydale Creamery. Brilliant attractions to visit include:
