Easter Duiar offers self catering accommodation for 2-12 people in Speyside, within the Scottish Highlands. Based in Advie in one of the most stunning areas of Scotland, we are perfect for a memorable getaway in Scotland.

Accommodation

Our delightful cottage is perfect for a tranquil stay in a gorgeous setting. There is also a separate bothy which can be made available which sleeps up to 4 people, let only with the main cottage.

Downstairs there is a lovely sun lounge with offers amazing views of the valley. A comfy seating area includes a toasty log burner and there is a dining table for up to 12 people. Both rooms have CD players, with a television and full Sky Plus together with a DVD player. Enjoy some home cooking in the newly refurbished kitchen that comes with a dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer, eye-level oven and separate hob, fridge and freezer and microwave.

A double room comes with en suite facilities and an adult bunk room with a single above is also available. A family bathroom comes with a shower over bath.

Upstairs there is a main bedroom with a balcony and en suite facilities. There is also room for a sofa bed and a separate camp bed. Two further twin rooms and a separate WC are also available.

The Bothy has a home cinema system, with DVD and wall-mounted 42" television screen, offering access to a full selection of Sky Plus High Definition programmes and movies, plus a pool table and a multigame table.

Visiting Advie & Exploring Inverness-shire

Located near the Cairngorms National Park and Aviemore it's an ideal base for exploring this beautiful part of Scotland. We are just 8 miles from Grantown-on-Spey and 20 miles from Aviemore. Brilliant activities to enjoy locally include: canoeing, windsurfing, skiing, golf, quad biking, horse riding or indeed walking or cycling. Excellent attractions to visit include:

Grantown Museum.
Grantown-on-Spey Golf Club.
Aviemore Kart Raceway.
Glenmore Forest Park.
Loch Morlich.
