This terraced property is perfect for up to 4 guests, it features a small garden, laundry outhouse (2 washing machines, 1 tumble dryer) and ample storage for bikes, golf clubs, or surfboards. The ground floor includes a lounge, single bedroom, wet room and a well-equipped kitchen with dining area. Upstairs, you'll find a spacious master bedroom with ensuite, a single bedroom and a flexible double/twin bedroom option. All bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds. Bathrooms are modern and well-appointed. The lounge offers a cosy atmosphere with a 2kw glow fire, sofas and a flat-screen TV with Freeview/Freesat. The kitchen boasts top-of-the-range appliances and a dining area.

Budget 3 Bedroom Self Catering House

A budget-friendly home featuring 3 bedrooms: a king ensuite and 2 doubles. The dining area seats 4 and each bedroom includes beds, wardrobes, chests of drawers, bedside cabinets, seating and essential amenities. Bedrooms also have windows with blinds and full-length curtains, and all bedding, linens and towels are provided with a weekly laundering service. The bathroom offers a bath, shower cabinet, toilet, sink, mirror and necessary storage. The compact kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a fridge with a freezer box, dishwasher, washing machine, grill and oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, kettle, toaster and essential kitchenware. Bedroom furnishings include a three-door wardrobe, bedside cabinets, drawer chest, king-size bed with quality bedding and linens and a weekly linen change service. The dining room features a table and chairs and the lounge offers a comfortable leather suite, Smart TV, DVD/CD player, coffee table, lamp table, lamp, electric fire and internet access.
