Choose from a cosy one bedroomed cottage, flats, farmhouses or the magnificent Dower House - a Grade II listed house.

The Dower House

A charming, Grade II listed Elizabethan house set in its own gardens, including a beautiful courtyard, amid the woods and parkland of Knowlton Estate. This self catering house can sleep up to 21 people and it is very well equipped, even including a pool room.

The Lodge

A Lutyens designed former gatehouse, sleeping up to 9 people. There is an open plan living/dining room and a spacious kitchen. Outside there is an enclosed garden area.

Tickenhurst House

The self catering farmhouse is set in its own gardens in open countryside and it sleeps up to twelve people.

There is a living room equipped with a log burner, TV and DVD player. The kitchen is fully fitted and is attached to a dining room.

Home Farm

This comfortable farmhouse sleeps up to 8 people in 3 double/twin bedrooms. The sitting room has an open fireplace and there is a separate dining room and well equipped kitchen.

Woodpecker View

This charming modern rural retreat is perfect for those couples on a weekend away. There is an airy living room, fully fitted kitchen and en suite facilities.

Location

These self catering properties are surrounded by beautiful countryside which is ideal for walking, cycling and horse riding. If you want to go further afield, then the city of Canterbury is well worth a visit with its historical buildings and cathedral.
