Biteford Cottage

Our delightful Devon stone cottage is in an idyllic spot and enjoys beautiful views over the surrounding Devon countryside. The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner has a wood burner effect electric fire, TV and DVD player. A fully equipped kitchen comes with an electric oven and hob, fridge with ice compartment, microwave, and dishwasher.

On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms: the master has a double four-poster bed and the second bedroom has a twin room. The cottage has private access and a parking area. There is a pretty outside seating area where the true beauty of the rolling Devon hills can be appreciated while enjoying a glass of your favourite tipple. There is a barbecue for your use.

Orchard Lodge

Our fabulous New England-style timber dwelling is in a gorgeous position with beautiful views over the surrounding Devon countryside. It comes with a private entrance drive and parking. The main living area has a lounge/diner with French doors which lead out to a lovely decking area. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a range of appliances: electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, washing machine and dishwasher. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor: a double and twin room. Both rooms share a bathroom which comes with a roll-top bath and a separate cubicle and WC.

There is a garden and large grassed area to the side of the Lodge which can be used for ball games and barbecues. To the front of The Lodge, there is a decked area that is perfect for sitting with a glass of your favourite tipple while you appreciate the true beauty of the area. A raised garden sits to the front of The Lodge to complete this pretty retreat. The spectacular north Devon coast is within a short drive and offers many popular sandy beaches and sheltered coves.

Visiting Woolsery & Exploring Devon

Situated 2.5 miles from Hartland and 1.5 miles from Clovelly, we are close to the South west Coastal Path between Bude and Bideford. The cottages are ideally placed for exploring the area and the spectacular coastal scenery. The Tarka Trail can be accessed at Bideford and gives the cyclist miles of off-road freedom. There are many places of interest and tourist attractions nearby. Beaches at Westward Ho! and Bude are renowned for their cleanliness and safety. Great attractions to visit include:

Watermouth Castle.
Arlington Court.
RHS Garden Rosemoor.
Valley of Rocks.
