A range of cottages are available. All sleep different amounts of guests. We offer the following:

The Smithy - Sleeps up to two people plus a cot.
Mill Cottage - Sleeps up to 2/4 people plus a cot.
Barn Cottage - Sleeps up to 2/4 people plus a cot.
The Granary - Sleeps up to 2/4 people plus a cot.
The Byre - Sleeps up to 2/5 people plus a cot.
Wheelhouse - Sleeps up to 2/5 people plus a cot.
Pigeon Cote - Sleeps up to 2/5 people plus a cot.
The Stable - Sleeps up to 7 people plus a cot.
Pasture View - Sleeps up to 8 people plus a cot.

All of the cottages offer the same facilities. This includes a living area with a flat screen TV, DVD player, CD player and Wi -Fi. All the kitchens are fully fitted and equipped offer everything you will need including cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

All the holiday cottages have outdoor furniture. Some have their own gardens but there is also large enclosed garden with garden furniture, a play and games area and a decked area. A garden house is available. This has a barbeque and seating for up to fourteen people.

Visiting Pickering & Exploring North Yorkshire

The cottages are located just fifteen minute walk from the ancient market town centre where there are a range of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants and the famous North York Moors Steam Railway.The North York Moors national park is on the doorstep and within a short drive the magnificent City of York and the Heritage Coast of Whitby, Scarborough and Filey. Numerous activities are available in the local area. This includes walking, cycling, horse riding, golf, fishing and much more. Castle Howard, Duncombe Park and the ruins of Rievaulx and Whitby Abbey can all be easily reached cottage. For the more adventurous there is Flamingo Land theme park, Eden Camp a war museum and Go Ape at Dalby Forest.

Rates: From £365 - £1715 per week depending on season and property. All rates include all services such as gas, electric and Wi-Fi.
