We offer 24 beautifully furnished self catering properties for rent all year round. From charming farm cottages to contemporary style lodges, Link House Farm ensures there's a perfect property to suit your needs.
The cottages sleep a variety of amount people, with the smallest sleeping 2 people and the largest property sleeping 8, whilst the lodges all sleep 4 people.
The lodges provide guests with exceptional comfort, situated conveniently just beyond the sandy dunes of Beadnell Bay. They offer direct beach access via a nearby path. The spacious open-plan ground floor grants access to the outdoor decking area, perfect for soaking up the sun in the afternoon or evening, while offering delightful views of the picturesque countryside.
The play area, situated within the private complex, ensures that children can safely expend their energy on swings, slides and climbing frames.

The village of Newton-by-the-Sea is ideally located on the breath taking coast of Northumberland, midway between Newcastle upon Tyne and Berwick upon Tweed.There are many historic castles, medieval towns, villages and attractions within this area, including Bamburgh, Dunstanburgh and Alnwick. Also close at hand in our National Park are the beautiful rolling Cheviot Hills which stretch from Carter Bar, the ancient toll road into Scotland, to Yetholm Mains, encompassing heather moorland, silent forests and isolated farmsteads in tree sheltered valleys.
