Monkswell Cottage sleeps a maximum of six people (in one double bedroom, one twin and one bunk-bedded room). It is gas centrally heated, and all gas and electricity charges are included in your use. A parking space is available. The accommodation consists of:

Fully fitted kitchen complete with electric cooker and hob, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, ironing facilities. Lounge with Freeview TV/video, stereo radio/CD and sea views. French door leading to a private courtyard complete with garden furniture. Parquet floored dining room again with French door to courtyard. Downstairs cloakroom and utility with washing machine. Payphone. Master double bedroom (with en suite shower room). Bedroom 2 (twin with sea views). Bunk bedded room. Family bathroom.

The Garden Rooms: Also a self-contained part of Monkswell Park this has two bedrooms (one double, one twin) is similarly equipped to the cottage, has no payphone, the bathroom is not en-suite and has french doors leading to a terrace rather than a courtyard.

The Garden Rooms will be let Thurs to Thurs whilst Monkswell Cottage is available Saturday to Saturday. Maximum of 6 people in the cottage and 4 in the Garden Rooms.

Monkswell Cottage, a self-contained part of Monkswell Park, benefits from an extremely rural and picturesque clifftop location, but is only one and a half miles from Torquay town centre, and approximately 20 miles from the historic city of Exeter.
