The 3 bedroom villas are mainly detached, offering good size accommodation with outdoor seating areas, they have fully equipped modern kitchens, great family bathrooms, living room/dining room with TV with Freesat, panoramic sea view. Most 3 bedrooms incorporate 1 double, one large twin and one small twin bedroom (villa 13 has two double beds and 3rd bedroom bunk beds, villa 1 and 16 have the 2nd bedroom option of twin beds or zipped together), (villa 2 and 7 have 3rd bedroom bunk beds). 2 Bedroom Villa (4 occupants)

We have only one 2 bedroom villa, the most recent renovation with parking to the side and enclosed garden to the rear, it has a fully equipped modern kitchen, great family bathroom plus small ensuite shower room to rear bedroom, lounge/dining room with TV with Freeview and panoramic sea view. The 2 bedrooms incorporate two double rooms with double beds. The lounge also has a sofa bed. This villa is situated right on the seafront.

1 Bedroom Villas (2 occupants)

We have two 1 bedroom detached villas, offering superb sea views from inside and outside the villas. Ideal for a romantic get away for couples. For a 1 bedroom villas, they offer good size accommodation which encompasses a good size kitchen, bathroom, double bedroom and a comfortable lounge with TV with Freesat and of course great Seaview.

The Apartments

Set in a prime position in Ventnor, overlooking Wheelers Bay are the Ventnor Holiday Villa Apartments. They are modern in style and set in a block of six each with their own balconies to take in the panoramic sea view. The Apartments have their own parking to the front. There are two apartments on each floor, each one has two bedrooms (one double and one twin) a bathroom with shower, kitchen, living/dining area.

Location

This is truly a peaceful location, whereby you can wake up with the view of the sun rising above the sea, and enjoy romantic walks along the esplanade to a number of great pubs and restaurants. All amenities are within walking distance, including the beach, paddling pool, play park/green, and shops. Ventnor Holiday Villas provide ideal self catering accommodation for those that are after a family holiday by the sea or need somewhere dog friendly, or for those that have an appreciation for beautiful scenery and wish to enjoy the lovely coastal walks.
