Our ground level cottage is in a peaceful location on a working farm, ideal for a relaxing rural break. The property is tastefully furnished and sleeps up to 2 people.The cosy lounge comes with a flat screen TV/DVD player, comfy seating and large patio doors which enjoy glorious views over the countryside. A well-equipped kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, family sized oven with four-hob cook top, microwave oven and cutlery.
The bedroom includes a double bed, the perfect place to rest your head for a peaceful night’s sleep. The window looks out to breathtaking countryside views. A spacious shower room includes permanent wall-mounted seats and rail for those with limited mobility.
Outside there is a courtyard with an old church pew and wooden patio furniture. A great spot for al fresco dining with a few glasses of wine. A BBQ is also available.

Lots of scenic country walks and attractions are accessible from the cottage. The area also is renowned for its heritage attractions, such as Beamish. You can venture out to quaint markets towns and villages, or cycle around Hamsterley Forest. Foodies will be spoilt for choice, with a variety of award-winning eateries in the area. Further attractions to visit include:Hancock Museum.
