Accommodation

Large entrance porch/utility with ample storage space for outdoor clothing, bicycles etc with washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen/dining area is well equipped with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge, freezer and a comprehensive range of kitchen equipment. Large dining area seating eight comfortably, high chair available.

Impressive open plan living area with vaulted ceilings, wooden floors, a Norwegian log burner, smart TV, DVD, radio, CD player and an X Box games console. Patio doors lead to an extensive private garden and decked verandah with views of the open countryside and the magnificent "Bingfield sunset".

Two standard twin rooms.
Third bedroom has electric beds which can be linked together to form a King-sized bed.
The fourth bedroom also has twin electric beds; this room has a TV.

Shower room fully accessible with level entry shower and shower chair, toilet and washbasin. Separate family bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and washbasin.

Garden Sauna and Hot-tub spa.

Controllable underfloor heating throughout, ensures year round cosiness.

The large enclosed garden/field provides a safe area for children to play and includes outdoor games, trampoline, basketball net. Decked verandah at the front of the house and lawn, large paved patio area, gas BBQ, and garden furniture. The surrounding grounds have been planted with trees and shrubs to encourage wildlife.

Visiting Bingfield & Exploring Northumberland

On the edge of the Northumberland National park, visit Hadrian's Wall, Stunning Gardens and Country Estates, Heritage Coastline and Magnificent Countryside. You can explore the ancient market town of Hexham with its magnificent 12th Century abbey.
