Hillside Village is perfect for an idyllic holiday, whether you are a family, group or couple. We are close to the beach, shops and restaurants, making us a great base for exploring Aberdovey.

All of our properties are tastefully furnished and enjoy different layouts and an individual character, ensuring you will find the property which suits all your needs. Aberdovey is great for your four-legged friend, offering a lovely dog-friendly beach and beautiful hill walks.

Visiting Aberdovey & Exploring Gwynedd

We are in a fantastic position for walking anywhere in Aberdovey, from the majestic hills to the scenic Wales Coast Path. A delightful public footpath also takes you to Penhelig. Lots of excellent activities are within walking distance, including sailing, sailboarding, kitesurfing, kayaking, canoeing, paddleboarding, surfing, body boarding and kitesurfing. Golfers can play a round or two at Aberdovey Golf Club.

Aberdovey is an interesting place to explore, home to an art gallery, specialty shops, boutiques, a pharmacy and two small supermarkets. Foodies are also spoilt for choice, with lots of ice-cream parlours, cafes and restaurants available. You can also buy freshly caught seafood from harbour pier. Further afield is Machynllyth which has a modern art gallery and theatre, leisure centre and weekly market. You can also visit Tywyn which has an indoor swimming pool, cinema, shops and restaurants.
