Lewesdon Farm Cottages offers fabulous self catering accommodation in Stoke Abbott. Based near Beaminster in a beautiful countryside setting, we are perfect for an idyllic break in Dorset.

Accommodation

We have 3 properties to choose from, based in 17.5 acres of grounds. All the cottages are well-equipped and come with a range of facilities to suit all your needs.

Barn & Stable Cottages

Our 4 star barn conversions offer stunning countryside views. Each cottage has an open plan sitting room/kitchen/dining area, including a feature seat to relax on.

Bedrooms consist of 1 double en suite and 1 twin en suite. In Barn Cottage there is also a double bedded room with stacked bunk beds. Cot and high chairs can be supplied. We also offer wheelchair access in the bathrooms. All bed linen and towels are included.

Ammonite Cottage

Our cottage sleeps 3 people and comes with an open plan sitting room/kitchen room. There is a double room and wheelchair access in the bathrooms. All bed linen and towels are included.

The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, A washer and electric cooker. Appliances also include microwaves, dishwashers, and toasters. The large bathroom has an electric shower.

Visting Stoke Abbot & Exploring Dorset

We are ideally place for exploring the area. Visit West Bay and enjoy lovely coastal walks. Hire a boat or visit one of the fish and chop shops. Have lots of fun at Monkey World or walk around the beautiful grounds at Abbotsbury Subtropical Gardens. Attractions to visit include:

Abbotsbury Swanery.
Beaminster Museum.
The Tank Museum.
National Trust - Kingston Lacy.
Corfe Castle.
