The mill house is arranged over two floors and features a spacious living and dining area centred around a traditional inglenook fireplace, alongside a fully equipped kitchen, utility room and ground floor toilet, ideal for storing walking gear after a day outdoors. Upstairs, the property offers three generously sized bedrooms, including one double room and two twin rooms, as well as a family bathroom with both a bath and shower. From the upper floor, guests can enjoy views across the Dunster playing fields towards the rolling hills of Exmoor beyond.

Outside, the enclosed walled garden and terrace provide a quiet spot to relax beside the flowing mill stream. The garden also overlooks the village’s former medieval animal pound, a reminder of Dunster’s rich history, while direct road-free access leads to the recreation ground and children’s play area nearby.

Often regarded as one of England’s best-preserved medieval villages, Dunster is rich in history and character, with landmarks including Dunster Castle, the medieval yarn market, priory, church and ancient packhorse bridge all within easy walking distance. Surrounded by the landscapes of Exmoor National Park, the village is an ideal base for walking, cycling and exploring the coastline. Nearby, guests can visit Minehead and the famous West Somerset Railway, as well as the picturesque coastal towns of Porlock and Watchet, alongside attractions including Cleeve Abbey and Tropiquaria Wildlife Park.
