Croft Bungalow is an award-winning, accessible self-catering cottage in the heart of the Peak District that sleeps up to four guests. It features a wetroom, electric profiling bed, hoist and a landscaped south-facing sensory garden designed for wheelchair access, offering lovely country views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a washing machine, dishwasher, oven with a four-ring hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. Guests can choose to eat in the kitchen or move the table to the adjacent lounge for a change of scenery.

The lounge is cosy and inviting, furnished with a settee that converts into a double bed, two riser recliner chairs and a rocking chair. Entertainment is plentiful with over 200 FreeSat TV channels and free WiFi. Lighting options include two side lamps and dimmer switches, allowing you to create the perfect ambiance.

The double bedroom offers flexible sleeping arrangements, easily configured as either a twin or double bed, or an electric profiling bed with a single. The single bedroom can also be arranged as an electric profiling bed or a standard single.

Outside, the south-facing patio and sensory garden provide an award-winning space thoughtfully designed for wheelchairs and power scooters. With open country views, it’s the perfect spot for al fresco dining or entertaining friends and family who prefer to visit you.

At the bottom of the garden, guests will find a peaceful, dark spot perfect for stargazing. Several visitors have enjoyed sitting out late with a hip flask, capturing star trails and taking advantage of the minimal light pollution.

The bungalow is ideally situated for walking directly from the doorstep, as well as easy access to many nearby attractions and accessible days out throughout the Peak District. Places to visit include:
