Aurora House is a seafront 4-bedroom house built over 140 years ago, with a blend of original features, a modern interior and luxury amenities. This property is in the perfect location overlooking the Moray Firth, spot locals know well for sighting the aurora borealis, dolphins, seals and even orcas. The property consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining area. Outside you can find a hot tub, outdoor shower and balcony overlooking the sea with great sunsets.
From the double doors in the dining room, you can access the garden, which has an outside seating area complete with a fire pit, sun loungers, hot tub, and outdoor shower, which all enjoy the stunning sea view. There is also a shed perfect for storing bikes, skis, canoes, body boards, hiking gear, etc.
Ground floor: One king bedroom, full bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room and utility room.
First floor: Master bedroom with private balcony, one king bedroom, one twin bedroom, bathroom and snug.
Outside: Enclosed garden, hot tub, outdoor dining area.

The house has no steps to access, a bedroom on the ground floor as well as full bathroom, kitchen, living room and garden access.
The house is not suitable for wheelchairs as the doors are not widened and some rooms would be a little tight for moving around.

You will not be short of things to do during your stay. The house is located in the world-famous Speyside whisky Region. Many of Scotland’s best distilleries are within a 30-minute drive. The area marks the beginning or the end of the famous Speyside Way hiking trail. There is an excellent selection of local golf courses. It is a popular area for open water swimming, and there are plenty of opportunities for all water sports. If you're a marine lover then keep an eye out for aquatic mammals.

There are 2 bus stops on either side of the house where you can get the number 35. The number 35 runs from Elgin to Aberdeen, so you can get to two major cities using it. It also goes through many of the small towns, such as Cullen, Portknockie and Portsoy.
