The Old Coach House - Sleeps 6 (2 Adults & 4 Children)

Step through the French doors of this Georgian annex, once home to Reverend Richard Bowen-Jones's horse-drawn buggy and an attached bakery and step back in time. Carefully updated to blend old-world charm with modern comfort, the cottage retains historic features like a cosy wood-burning stove and a dining area situated inside the old bread oven within the thick stone walls. Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, a baby cot annex and views of lush gardens, while the second bedroom features sturdy bunk beds for up to four guests. The downstairs bathroom includes a large bath and separate shower, perfect for relaxing after exploring. The open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area is light and spacious, with views of the courtyard, patio garden, children’s play area and the main lawns of Gwarmacwydd.

The Old Mill - Sleeps 4 (2 Adults & 2 Children)

This beautifully converted three-storey former estate corn mill is a perfect retreat for family holidays or romantic getaways. Connected by a striking semi-circular stone tower, the lower floor features a spacious kitchen-dining room and a convenient wet-room. The middle floor offers three cosy bedrooms, including a master with a king-sized bed, a children’s bunk room and a box/cot room for a toddler or infant. The top-floor lounge, with its restored oak beams and exposed stone walls, is a serene space to relax while enjoying stunning views of the Gwarmacwydd estate and the distant Preseli hills.

The Old Barn - Sleeps 6 (4 Adults & 2 Children)

This stone cattle byre, with three cosy bedrooms, comfortably sleeps up to six, making it perfect for families with up to four adults and two children. The lounge-dining room features restored stone walls and travertine tiles, creating a warm, inviting space that overlooks the beautiful gardens and grounds of Gwarmacwydd House. Adjacent to the lounge, the kitchen boasts travertine tiles, oak units and worktops, offering a welcoming ambiance for a comfortable and memorable stay.

The Butlers - Sleeps 3 (2 Adults & 1 Child)

Once part of an ancient farmstead and later servant’s quarters for the main house built around 1840, this cottage has been transformed into a delightful two-storey retreat with a single bedroom. The spacious upstairs family bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed, a single bed and room for a cot, complemented by a bathroom with a soothing bath. For those preferring a shower, Tower Cottage or The Mill may be better suited. Downstairs, the open-plan lounge, dining area and well-equipped kitchen provide a comfortable space to relax or prepare meals. Overlooking the garden and Gwarmacwydd’s expansive grounds, Butler’s Cottage is an inviting escape.

The Tower - Sleeps 3 (2 Adults & 1 Child)

Originally a stone stable, this cottage has been beautifully renovated to include a ground-floor lounge, kitchen and dining area, all retaining original stone walls for a rustic feel. A semi-circular tower houses the staircase and a small space for a sofa bed on the lower level. Upstairs, the bedroom features a king-size double bed, a 3ft single bed, space for a cot and an ensuite shower bathroom. Ideal for families or couples, the cottage offers abundant natural light and a tranquil setting within a picturesque country estate, perfect for a peaceful and relaxing retreat.
