Riverside Party House, accommodating 26 to 30 guests, is a beautifully furnished self catering home set on half an acre with stunning views of the River Severn. Enjoy river views from the boathouse balcony and with the right timing, witness surfers riding the renowned Severn Bore.

The main house features a reception hall, four reception rooms (including a sitting room with a wood-burning stove and a dining room), a kitchen/breakfast room, nine bedrooms, four bath/shower rooms and two cloakrooms. A ground-floor bedroom with an adjoining shower room is available for guests with mobility needs. The house is accessible via a gravel driveway with electric gates and ample off-road parking.

A separate Lodge House enhances the experience, offering additional sleeping for two, a shower room and a top-floor games room equipped with a pool table, table tennis, air hockey, darts and table football. Downstairs, enjoy a Cinema Room with a 75-inch TV, Sky Q (with over 1,000 films) and a PlayStation 4.

Enjoy a heated indoor swimming pool with French doors leading to the garden and direct access to the River Severn, where guests can fish (rod licenses available from the post office). You can also unwind, refresh and revitalise in our hot tub.

Linen, towels, robes and slippers are provided and amenities in the Lodge House include tea and coffee-making facilities, a toaster and a microwave, ensuring a comfortable and entertaining stay.
