Salmarsh is a spacious and beautifully designed house offering self catering accommodation in Wells-next-the-Sea in Norfolk. The harbour is only a 10-minute walk away and the town centre, with its independent boutique shops, wine bars and gastro pubs, is also nearby.

Accommodation

There is a cosy sitting room with a large TV, DVD player, DVDs, books and board games. The airy conservatory features a large square dining table, fully stocked with crockery and glassware and leads to a modern kitchen with a large electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer.

There are four bedrooms which can be tailored to your needs, with three of them offering flexible configurations of either a king-size bed or twin beds. We also have two sofa beds and a travel cot available for an additional fee. Three bedrooms have ensuite showers, while one offers both a bath and shower. All bathrooms include toilets and every room is equipped with tea and coffee facilities for a peaceful morning cuppa.

The property includes parking for four cars, Guests can also relax in the lovely garden, perfect for unwinding at the end of the day or enjoying the early morning birdsong. For guests who wish to explore on two wheels, we also offer secure bike storage.

Conveniently situated on the Coasthopper route, Salmarsh is perfect for those looking to explore the area. Enjoy the peaceful & detached location, just a five-minute walk from a charming family-run pub serving delicious home-cooked meals. There is plenty to see and do in the area, including:
