Pennine Cottage is situated within an established sheep farm that has been owned by the same family for over 60 years. Located in rural Rochdale, this traditional Lancashire moorland cottage offers breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.

Accommodation

The accommodation at Pennine Cottage includes a well-equipped kitchen with full electric appliances such as a dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, fridge/freezer, full cooker and a slow cooker. The sitting/dining room features an electric wood-burning style fire set in a stone surround, creating a cosy atmosphere.

Upstairs, guests will find a bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower. The cottage offers two twin bedrooms, each equipped with electric blankets and one single bedroom also furnished with an electric blanket. Additionally, there is a TV in one of the twin bedrooms.

For entertainment and convenience, amenities such as a DVD player, hair dryer, central heating and Wi-Fi (complimentary) are provided. Guests travelling with infants can request a cot, highchair and baby bath at no extra charge. There are various children's toys & games available.

Pennine Cottage ensures a comfortable stay with towels and linen provided, making it an ideal retreat for families or groups looking to enjoy the tranquility and charm of Lancashire's moorland landscape. The cottage is located a 10 minute walk from the village of Wardle, which offers a bakery, post office / general store / off licence, a library and a coffee shop, along with two pubs.
