Accommodation

A small, gated patio area leads to the private front door, with step-free access from the parking area, making it accessible for all guests. There are no steps to enter the apartment, ensuring a seamless entry for those with mobility needs.

The lounge is tastefully furnished with a plush leather sofa, armchairs and oak furniture, creating a cosy and welcoming space to relax after a day exploring Bath. Entertainment options include a Smart TV (allowing you to log into your own Netflix account), a DVD player, iPod dock, DAB radio and free WiFi that covers the entire apartment.

The contemporary kitchen features granite countertops and high-quality appliances, including a full-size dishwasher, clothes washer/dryer, fridge with a separate freezer, microwave, gas hob, electric oven and a Nespresso coffee machine (with a few pods to get you started). The kitchen is fully equipped with a range of china, glassware and pans. There’s comfortable seating for four in the dining area.

Both bedrooms are peaceful retreats, with luxurious beds dressed in crisp, pure cotton linens and an abundance of pillows and cushions. Guests are also treated to "Noble Isle" toiletries, the same high-end products used at The Savoy and Fortnum & Mason. The master bedroom features a super king-size bed, which can be split into two 3ft singles if preferred. It includes a built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and dressing table, along with a TV and DAB clock radio with iPod dock. A travel cot is available for babies under 13.5 kg and a highchair is also provided. The ensuite shower room has a spacious shower, heated towel rail and thick, fluffy towels. The second bedroom offers a king-size bed, which can also be separated into singles. This room includes a TV, built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers. The adjacent bathroom has a full-size bath with a shower overhead, a glass shower screen and a heated towel rail with soft towels.

Private parking for one car is included and additional parking can be arranged nearby with prior booking (payable locally). The apartment also provides secure bike storage for guests.

Visiting Bath

Centrally located and very convenient, no car is needed to explore the sights of Bath. A short walk brings you to the Holburne Museum, once a hotel during Jane Austen's time, as well as Sydney Gardens and the Kennet and Avon Canal—perfect for scenic walks and feeding the ducks. A 10-minute stroll through Georgian terraces and Henrietta Park takes you to Pulteney Bridge and the city's shops. Within 15 minutes on foot, you'll reach the famous Thermae Bath Spa, making 3 Herschel Place the perfect base for your stay in Bath.
