Accommodation

This newly built Hebridean-style longhouse combines modern design with traditional charm. Its panoramic windows, slate floors, underfloor heating and log burner create a cosy and stylish atmosphere. The double-height lounge is tastefully furnished, offering 360-degree uninterrupted views of the mountains behind and the sea stretching out to Skye and the Scottish Highlands. Whether you’re watching buzzards, eagles, seals, otters, whales, or dolphins—or simply observing the ferries journeying between the isles, Mol Bàn provides a peaceful setting for relaxation and wildlife observation.

The well-equipped kitchen and utility room include a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave and gas hob. The dining area seats six, while the lounge offers comfortable mid-century modern sofas, an armchair, a Freesat smart TV and a Bluetooth soundbar. Wi-Fi is available, offering fast, low-contention and unlimited data. Outdoors, the larch decking area is perfect for yoga or stargazing at night. Guests can also enjoy outdoor dining with lounge chairs and a barbecue.

Mol Bàn comfortably accommodates six guests across three bedrooms. There is a twin room with an en-suite shower, a double bedroom and a family bathroom with a bathtub on the ground floor. Upstairs, the king-size bedroom includes an en-suite shower and all bedrooms offer stunning sea views.

The house serves as an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area, including trips to St Kilda from Leverburgh or other sea excursions. Rates: From £800 - £1700 per week depending on season.
Supplementary charges for 5-6 guests. For larger parties (of five to six people) we request an additional payment of £250 per week from April to October.
