Perched overlooking the sea in North Cornwall, Atlantic View is the perfect destination for holidays or weekend getaways with friends and family. Boasting breathtaking views of one of Cornwall's most beautiful beaches, it has been awarded 5-star gold by Visit England for its exceptional quality.

Ground Floor

Here you will find a shower room which includes a wash basin, WC and heated towel rail. The utility room is fully equipped with a Belfast sink, ample storage, two fridge freezers, a microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities. There’s also a hanging rail for wetsuits, with direct access to the shower room from outside – ideal after a day at the beach. The room also has storage for shoes, boots and coats.

The sitting room offers stunning beach and sea views, with comfortable seating including a leather suite and a log-burning stove (wood provided). For entertainment, there’s a 28” digital TV, sound system, Sky Plus, and a DVD player.

The open-plan kitchen and dining area has breathtaking views and access to the patio and barbecue via sliding doors. The kitchen is well-equipped with a four-oven Aga, double electric oven, ceramic hob, granite worktops, dishwasher and seating for 14. Another log-burning stove provides warmth and the space offers room for relaxation, even in larger groups.

First Floor

Upstairs, a second sitting room opens to a south-west facing balcony with stunning sea views. It features a leather suite, a 28” TV, sound system, Sky Plus and a DVD player, making it perfect for families, children can relax in one room while adults enjoy another.

The en-suite master bedroom also faces south-west, offering beautiful beach and sea views, a 6' zip/link bed (convertible to twins), a TV and plenty of storage. The en-suite has a separate shower and bath, WC, bidet and basin.

Another en-suite double bedroom at the rear features a zip/link bed, TV and en-suite shower room. A third en-suite twin bedroom overlooks the side lawn and has a zip/link bed, TV and a shower room.

Second Floor

Up the next flight of stairs is a south-west facing double bedroom with beautiful beach and sea views, a 6’ zip/link bed (convertible to twins), TV, hairdryer and ample storage. A rear-facing twin bedroom offers two 3’ single beds, a TV, hairdryer and plenty of storage. The large bunk room overlooks the sea and beach, with bunk beds and two 3’ single beds (one storable), plus a TV and hairdryer.

This floor has a separate bathroom with a bath with shower over with a bespoke glass enclosure and a shower room, both equipped with a wash basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Outside

At Atlantic View, you'll enjoy plenty of fresh sea air and stunning views. The level slate terrace features a glass balustrade, built-in barbecue, and ample seating, including two patio tables for 14, 16 designer chairs, six sun loungers and four additional folding chairs. Outdoor lighting lets you enjoy the space well into the evening. There's also a Belfast sink for washing sandy feet and an outdoor tap for rinsing wetsuits. The property offers off-road parking for four cars, with additional free parking available in front.

Atlantic Views Holidays is just minutes from Polzeath beach, with local shops, cafes, restaurants, and beautiful coastal walks right at your doorstep. There is so much to see and do in he area including:
